" I can’t recommend these guys highly enough , they went out of their way to fit us in when our heating stopped working when everyone else said they can’t come . They stayed later and came back Saturday to finish the job when some part got seized on overcoming the problem . The charge for all this was very reasonable and kept us informed throughout as to roughly what that would be . " Harris Services fitted a new boiler to replace the old Worcester junior combi. We had arranged this through Boxt, so had no control over who turned up, but we were very pleased that the work was completed by this father-and-son team who (as I have been reading as a running theme in previous reviews) went above and beyond to sort out the shoddy existing pipework, and streamlining it. They also worked very well both with and around the gentleman who we had accidentally double booked to measure for new kitchen worktops - organising the best way for the pipes to run to optimise kitchen space, and waiting to take their lunch when he turned up so as to not waste time. They did not stop for a cup of tea - and the work was completed before the end of day to a high standard. In conversation they were polite and personable, and it was clear that they knew what they were doing, and had an extensive knowledge of different boiler makes and models - and were forthcoming with plenty of advice. I would not hesitate to use again. Thank you both for getting our house warm again 🙂 "
